How QuickOffer works
We buy your cards from you. Send photos. Usually within 24 hours you get a price on each card we want. Accept the ones you like, post them, and we usually pay within 24 hours of having the cards and your payout details. Fixed price, no fees. What we sell a card for later makes no difference to you.

How is the price worked out?
A person looks at recent sales of comparable copies, the condition in your photos and current demand, and offers a percentage of that value.
How quickly will I hear?
Usually within 24 hours.
How long is an offer open?
48 hours unless it says otherwise. If it closes, nothing happens and you can ask again.
Do I have to accept every card?
No. Some, all or none.
Who pays the postage to you?
You do, by whichever service you choose. We recommend tracked and insured, because the cards are yours until we pay.
When do the cards become yours?
When we send payment. Not before.
When am I paid?
Usually within 24 hours of having your acceptance, your payout details and the cards. Next working day if that falls outside working days.
Any fees?
None.
What if a card is not as described when it arrives?
We tell you and you choose: a revised price, or the card back at our cost. We never pay less without your agreement.
Can I change my mind after accepting?
Yes, any time before we pay. Nothing is charged or recorded against you.
What if I never give payout details?
We remind you. After 30 days the offer lapses. Nothing is owed and your cards stay yours.
Can you buy cards I have on consignment?
Yes. Accept and the card leaves the consignment with no commission. Decline and nothing changes.
Why is the offer less than the card might sell for?
You are paid now, with certainty and no fees. For the top price, consign.
Do I need an account?
No. With one it is quicker, and the offer appears in your hub.
Sec. 06 · If something goes wrong
What happens.
Cards arrive different from the photos
You choose a revised price or the card back at our cost.
The offer closes before you decide
Nothing happens. Ask again.
We are not buying a card
It is listed with the reason and stays yours.
Payment has not arrived
Check your payout details in the hub, then email support@rippex.co.uk with your reference.
