Which thickness?

Between two bars? Go one up. A slightly loose mag is fine. A tight one is not.

The stack method

35pt and 55pt are under half a millimetre apart, which is hard to see on any screen. Stack 10 of the same card and measure the stack against the ruler.

Corner radius

Sit the corner of your mag right into a corner below. The curve that follows its edge is the radius. Kejer mags are 2 mm; Zion mags are 3 mm.

The corner only matters for a custom size. It is the mag’s own corner, which the opening follows. The bumper’s outer corner is always the same. Our standard sizes already have the right corners.
