Return & Collection Policy

How unsold consigned items are returned to or collected by the consignor.

Returning unsold cards

You may request the return of any unsold consigned item at any time unless a sale has already been agreed.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are payable by the consignor unless otherwise agreed. Tracked and insured shipping is recommended.

Collection

Collections are by appointment only where available.

Storage

RCV may charge reasonable storage fees where items remain uncollected after reasonable notice has been given.

Liability

Returned consignments are packaged with reasonable care. Risk passes back to the consignor once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
